Internship Opportunity under a Practising Advocate Divyank Tyagi at Hon’ble Supreme Court of India,High Court of Delhi and various district courts.
The work profile involves following responsibilities:-
-Copious reading, research, writing, and discussions around various aspects of criminal,matrimonial, commercial and corporate laws and including matters related to money laundering, tax evasion etc.
-Drafting & Vetting of Pleadings,Preparing case briefs.
-Legal Research & Due Diligence
-Legal Compliances with Clients & Companies.
-Allowed to work in an Independent environment.
Eligibility:
Please apply if:
1. You are presently pursuing law and enrolled in a recognized university in India in the 4th/final year of a five year degree or 2nd/3rd year of a three year degree.
2. You have reasonable research and writing skills and have a good communication and drafting ability.
3. You can dedicate minimum 4-5 hours of focused time in a day for at least 5 days a week.
