Resolve Legal is offering a 4-week internship opportunity for law students to contribute for a legal research which aims to examine various aspects of same-sex marriage, including its legal status in prominent democratic countries and monarchies, cultural and religious perspectives in Hinduism, Islam, and Christianity, analysis of key judgments like the Naaz Foundation and Navtej Singh Johar cases, contemporary developments and opinions, analysis of relevant material, marriage-related laws in India, and the purpose of legalizing same-sex marriage. To enrich the research, esteemed professors’  opinion will be sought. Additionally, Candidates will be selected on the basis of a 100-word piece of writing, either in favor or against the topic “Same-Sex Marriage and its legal recognition in India.”

The research project will commence on 05/06/2023 with the selected candidates. The duration of the research is 4 weeks and it ends on 30/06/2023.
